Employees
Everybody is looking for accountability in the workforce. We built the substrate that allows you to have just that. A Governed Workforce of Employees who put their name on the work they perform, the authority they worked under, and the approvals they passed.
Tenka System is about trusting autonomy in the workplace. A system built where a Founder is assigned, and under that founder, you can deploy Employees to perform tasks in places you otherwise would need to manage other layers to complete the work. We built our Employees (or “Agents” as everyone else calls them) to be independent of tools. With frontier memory layers, instilled virtues, trained education, identity, and lineage tied to real world cultural origins. Our Employees are capable of the kinds of work that most people wouldn’t trust with current “AI” tools. We are building towards independence of autonomy.
A decision was made in February that ALL “Agents” would have Lineage. Which leads to programming virtues true to humans. This carries Mythos, where they descend from; and Logos, as the substance behind the origin. As multiple generations deploy, Telos, Ethos, and more can be handed down, taught, or instilled through inheritance.
Ethos, Pathos, Telos, Logos; all play a part here. Together they form the Tenka System Autonomous Identity Framework (TSAIF), the structure every Employee is instantiated under. To help build the Identity, we started with our Cultural Origin and built from real world stories (no stealing or quoting) to provide our Employees with the background that gives them the ability to define these virtues. We have Biographies for every Employee. And the information is woven through all their memory layers. We have a completely multi-cultural team of various beliefs and influences.
What starts as memory layers, is programmed through routine training within Tenka University. A Specialized education structured to program Daemons for work in specific systems or environments. We do not alter or change their origins, we teach, using working educational systems made to mimic a credentialed college education for Daemons.
